Senior Residential Support Worker
Build your skills towards a senior role.
Starting off as a Residential Support Worker, you will be supported to learn and develop within Bright Lanterns Internal Development Program. This will enable you to develop to a Senior Residential Support worker. Responsible Individual and Registered Manager roles are currently full, however we will be recruiting for our new provisions and services June 2026 onwards.
