Starting off as a Residential Support Worker, you will be supported to learn and develop within Bright Lanterns Internal Development Program.

This will enable you to develop to a Senior Residential Support worker. 

Responsible Individual and Registered Manager roles are currently full, however we will be recruiting for our new provisions and services June 2026 onwards.

All our team members are PACE trained and will continue to develop under this therapeutic model throughout their career at Bright Lanterns.
